Dragoon build after Barbarian Buffs

Hello, I’m a fairly new player to this game and I’m working on a build for Dragoon. I was going to go with:

Sw-Pel-Hop3-Doppl-Dragoon

But I know there are barbarian Buffs slated to come to the game soon. Would this make barb3 better than hop 3 for Dragoon?

No one on the iTos team says they are coming soon or at all. But swordie seems will be buffed over all with this much whining. In all games eventually the melee tank eventually becomes op lol.

The kTOS 14/04/2016 Barbarian’s Buff have no benefit for Dragoon since the debuff is for Slash Damage Type.
