ATM I’m lvl 200 as Cata c3
Looking at the lvl 170 and 220 2H spears, the best one seems to be the “Elements”.
Do you guys see any other weapon of choice here?

I’m not sure about a full strength build, but if you are going for a STR:DEX mixed build, I’d say Catacombs Pike is better, since elemental damage doesn’t Crit (it’s added after the Crit is calculated).
Catacombs also adds Crit Chance, AoE Attack Ratio and Large-type bonus dmg. If you socket a few high level Green Gems, you can get up to +89 Crit Chance in a 304~412 base dmg spear (While Elements has 151~205 base physical dmg).
as hoppeldragoon you should put everything in STR or con, Finestra is enuff for critboni
As long as your build makes use of Crits, I’d say Catacombs is better than Elements for the reasons stated in my previous post. Doesn’t matter where the Crits come from.
Elements is great if you got a high level blessing priest with you. Otherwise, catacomb.
