IMO yes, red and yellow gems are stronger than green, and with finestra lvl 15, it’s very easy to get very high crit rate which is great with yellow gems.
my Dragoon is full dex and i love it great damage

I was thinking about changing Pelta 1 for Doppel 1.
I think going with the standard, Sw1>Pelta1>Hop3>Doppel1>Dragoon2, will be the best choice for me then.
I’m keeping the status quo on my own as well. As tempting as SW2/3 is, Pelt for the utility and manual blocking is real nice, and with DOV buff coming Dop supplements very nicely.
