Hi there!
So i first of all i had a problem - i couldnt download an update, it stopped at 66%. OK, i decided to reinstall a game to solve this problem, but another problem accured - downloading process stops at 212mb. So any advices of how to solve it now?

For anyone who can’t complete the download like the OP, try this:
Steam, Click Settings, Downloads and change your location to somewhere in the US. Restart Steam.
It worked for some people and not for others.
Go to steam - settings - downloads - change your place, than click play.
