The question is simple: lvl 11 cyclone (for attribute) and +4 to DoV or lvl 15 cyclone?
Deeds of valor hands down, that’s +8% on everything you do, over like +12% damage on just cyclone.
The moment I actually wrote that question I realised that the answer is obvious. Sure DoV is better, thanks
