Is there a way to apply skiaclipse shield into a savinose shield? Or something like that?
And is there any website where I can find droppable appearance equipments?
As long as the item doesn’t say “Cannot transfer appearance” at the bottom of the description, you can copy its appearance onto another item. An example of items you cannot do this with is Velcoffer equipment:

On tos-neet or tos-guru doesn’t have those kind of description where it tells you if it can extract transfer appearance or not.
Correct, but most items can have their appearance transferred.
The only items that can’t are specific Legend items (Velcoffer/Varna equipment), event items, and Kedoran/leveling equipment. If you’re simply browsing for an appearance to use, the greater majority of items (or all of them) that simply drop from monsters or dungeons can be used.

You can change the appearance of Varna items, you just can’t use them as a skin on other items
