Max Zwer only for PVP purposes. If not, give it 1.
And the rest is up to you… Some people take dov max, some people don’t even take it and invest to another skills instead, like redel and zornhau.
No one can’t really tell which better unless someone do the math. DOV lvl 15 give 30% more final damage.
