Doubt about going Doppel and being a Cataphract

Hello guys,

I’ve been leveling up a Hoplite and I’m going to turn him into a Cataphract. Thinking about the rank 6, which is probably a long period from now, I’d like to know if I can use the Doppel skills while mounted, because it would be totally dumb to go Doppel if that happens.
