Doppelsoeldner need to be full str ???
or can i put some in dex ??

you can put 100-200 dex.
100 invested dex is more than enough because it’s very likely that you will have dex on your gears.
Higher dex is for those with very smooth ping, though none of the doppel skills can be used faster with dex, only SW3 and HL skills.

Unless you are interested in end game raiding/tanking and pvp, you don’t need 100 con on a swordsman. You’ll be ok with no more than 50, you can still easily hunt/buy cheap 350 gear with con or hp on it.
For dex, go by what Lostac already said.
Since you’re planning to put dex and con anyway, use rafene cards. While giving you 10 str,dex and con, you get 10 bonus spr out of it. Int too but int is useless for you. Just a side tip I usually give for people who like multiple stats since some are locked into using netherbovines/ella without realizing rafene cards are better the moment you spread out your stats.

everything is thrown into str, 3 more stat points unspent from sausys quest reward.
