Doppel Meta Build

It seems that the current meta build for doppel is:

SW1>HL3>B1>D3

but i’m thinking about trade B1 for SW2 just for pain barrier and restrain, what do you experienced guys think ? i never build an swordsman before, will i miss much crit rate from Cleaver ?

Cleave is more for the 50% additional damage with Slash Attacks. So you’ll be missing a debuff that causes you to deal 50% more damage with slash attacks for a brief time. Matter of taste for you after that!
