I know Swordy pvp is all about Cata/hook.
But the Dmg from doppel with R8 is the best dmg ingame.
So if i put all my gear into a Doppel to high trans ect could it be a great killer?
where you read about doppel being the best dmg?
also doppel sucks on pvp, its full of clerics doing Revenged sevenfold
you can still get rank 25-100 with doppel
I’m a hopgoon and the only time I get killed by a doppel is if they have restrain and I don’t have bloodletting. Otherwise, I usually one hit kill them.
So sword3/cata3 is the way.
I know about the cleric problem^^
But i´m a Physical melee cls player so i would never play this kind of build^^
Doppel might be sucks in pvp but in GvG its really good since u have ausrine / haste etc. Also cyclone ltr crush everyone if u have your CC buddies with decent execution.
Main issue: 0 Def.
A fly can you fast and even if you kill some people, I’m sure that good friend musketeer will grant keep you out of the match every time he find you.
I have personally seen dopple do very good in PvP. I feel like they are good for mass PvP especially with team cooperation.
The Reason something like cata3 dragoon2 may fair better in smaller scale PvP is bcuz of trot, rush, restrain, and dethrone.
well, barbrian’s pouncing deals surprisingly SIGNIFICANT damage, unfortunately doppel STILL struggles oin pvp, has a harder time than any corsair, cata 3 builds.
If you don’t want a cata build, you can do an interesting build i’ve see and very liked, sword 3 rodelero 3 corsair c1 murmilo, i have seen it on klaipeda and its a pretty awesome tanking pvp build, really challenged my lancer.
Doppel is bad in PvP. You simply kill yourself against Sevenfold and no matter how you distribute your stats you will die like paper against clerics and mages.
The only arena you’ll have some fun in is 2v2 and even there you will meet archers who one shot you and corsairs / hunters who stun lock you until death and there’s literally NOTHING you can do.
Deeds can never be utilized.
In some random 5v5 games where you get teamed with a Diev can you let loose and one shot people but you can hardly credit that to your class build at all.
just make an alt cata / diev3 to win at pvp.

I tend to make a lancer now because is see so much cata3/goon2 now lol
playable, but not really great, TBL is dominated by cleric as they are tier 1 classes, anything can rekt u including sub zero shield or frozen or kino or stun
Doppel is like the rest, average Tier 3
Tier 1 are…well, open up TBL 5v5 or 2v2 top 10 ranking and see which classes is the most.
