Why would the class be nay when all it did was receive a buttload of buffs (well after the att speed is fixed), well without barb3 your dop will be useless obviously, but everyone knew barb3 will get the debuf increase and already took it in their builds if not completely dumb
Training doll is not a good test anymore. The new test is to check whether it always crit at the same time or not. A true multi hit calculates critical chance for each hit individually.
All true multi hits hit multiple time on dolls, and all fake hit 1 time.
So far nothing goes past this, so I don’t really get why it shouldn’t be a good test, and that would explain how seism can hit 5 times with wild debuff.
But yes anyway, if you need confirmation, I went to try HG with this char and landed crits and non-crits on the same cast multiple times.
Welp, fencers spam got nerfed too. I just logged in mine and the spam is preety bad.
Just be happy guys, Cyclone didn’t turn into a shitty fake multi-hit like the other Dopp skills.
Maybe the spam reduction is a server-side problem…
Casting spells and auto attacking has always been a thing related to who has the best ping, so far with my fencer I did not notice any difference.
Ditto on this, I still spam splendidly.
Can you post how you spam with yours now? Maybe it’s just me atm.

No, they are not, they changed it like 3 maints before, all fake multi hit now work like real multi hit on object, but the damage is still split from one hit.

I see what you mean. Since this is my first (and only) Fencer, I actually [control] my button presses to slow it down a bit. I feel as though having them chain too quickly doesn’t generate the damage (2 hits) until it lags near the boss/target’s death.
