Doppel cyclone bug when skill below 6?

Hi! I noticed that in my current build with cyclone at 3 the skill locks me in place for the last second of the duration. it keeps damaging but cannot move.
I found some mention of it on one of the tosbase builds, so this is a thing? i could still add more if i decide that it is a problem but i wanna make sure that it is a common bug.

If you level Cyclone to 8, you can move til the last second.

Multiple Classes Bugged Since Big Combat Update

2: Doppelsoldner > The Cyclone attribute from Dopple which gives us the ability to move while using Cylcone is still the old attribute, so when you have cyclone lvl 1, you can move for 3sec, and then can’t move for 2.5 second remaining (Since Cyclone is now fixed duration of 5.5sec), so you should made the duration of the attribute to be a 5.5 sec fixed for this.

it has been bugged since post combat update.

THX for digging the information, if it is a big it’s gonna be fixed so I just keep some point left but most likely it won’t annoy me enough to give more points. Waiting for a fix haha.

I’m also thinking of getting some spr because all those potions are getting expensive.
