Why so many bots in this game?

bots are gold farmers for gold sellers. thats why 
They go unpunished so why not bot?

doesn’t investigate bot unless reported on the forums, ingame report seems to be disabled or is just there to make players feel safe idk.

they seem to only ban them for 3 days or doesn’t ban them at all so you see the same exact bot running around with superior gear than last month.
so yeah it’s no surprise there is an increase of bots and a decrease of players, but bots isn’t the only issue that is making players leave. the lack of communication from the staff plays the part in disappointing the community as well…
too much rng, ultra high upgrade users literally one shotting everyone in pvp, world bosses taking hours to defeat (some say it takes 10 minutes if well coordinated but i never seen such a thing, even the shinobi bug made world bosses die in 10 minutes or 30 minutes)
the game is screaming RMT or be blessed by the RNG god. 
day by day i see more players leave, i’m honestly bored of this chore of a game once again despite many improvements (honestly way overdue… the 50k playerbase will always be myth at this slow pace.)
