Steady aim is already nerfed on ranger. ( only in OUR VERSION - ITOS, on KTOS it was not nerfed)
This sysnergy on topic only work with 2 skills from 2 diferent archer ranks.
Feint have 25s CD, barrage around 17 ~18 CD, from my experience you can do it at 20s CD (downtime). Rogue C1 only got ONE dps skill (vendetta), and its pretty bad anyway. They did a good upgrade on Barrage damage, at the same time they gived hidden synergys to lots of archers ranks (timed arrow bomb, heavy shot, full draw, etc, they all have extra stuff that is not show on this skills descriptions in game, or in any database, AKA HIDDEN BONUS OR SYNERGYS)
Capture have one of the worst CDs in the game, 3 MIN.
SO… yeah, you got sneak hit that forces you to move from behind an enemy (loosing dps while you move) just to gain the flat bonus critical chance, and even so, the enemy critical resist lower the sneak hit extra critical ( I tested it in game on boss and monster alike)…Rogue C1 is fine, C2 is average, C3 sux.
I cant see it as OP or as not intended, as it was reported before on KTOS CB and on ITOS CB, and at the same time DEVS gives more power to lots of archers ranks, as they are underpowered.
Fletcher, for ex, got sp reduction cost on all skills.
