Instead of doing it on a completely different client, I suggest that IMC make a region selection page on Steam Version for each region.
This way is way easier to manage with news announcement patches and everything…
Players can also still get to play with their Latin American friends.

the new server will still using same client, just select it from the server list after you start game.

They are just opening a new server, aren’t they?
I though they are making new client with spanish translation version of the game and host their server in Brazil at the time I post this. Sowwy.
we speak portuguese , not spanish.
