when we get faster charging energy blast, even better

well this monk update is not a good one
Golden bell shield lvl 5 = 7second invulnerbilty . can tank incinerate
New golden bell lvl 5 alway max 1.5second cant tank nothing
New Energy blast is alot weaker and hit less often
Double punch range has not been update
