Doesn't connect when hitting enter

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Date and Time : August 08, 2 AM EDT

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Bug Description : Was changing zones, when the game completely locked up. I managed to quit. but upon trying to reconnect the game says “connecting to server” for about a second, then disappears and nothing else happens
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start game through steam.
  2. Click “Enter”.

Either log-in server has issues or the game server itself is down. Would appreciate if there’s a message that server is down though.

do they send out more beta key to invite more player? They should have stress test their server before deploy steps.

Game froze and I quit, then I’m getting ‘cannot connect to server’ message
