always see the good stuff on the rarer or tp headgear
but rarely seen people wearing a cheap pair of goggles with amazing enchants
because a lot of normal headgear have price caps, where as most TP head gear dont. So unable to sell normal headgear for high, pple typically choose to enchant TP head gear.

Only if RNGesus smile upon you. I have spent over 20 scrolls to enchant a TP hat and I only got crap stats, while I got really good lines on my desert chupacabra ears in a few tries (Like 5?)
To be fair that hat isnt that great.

Decent Magic attack
Magic amp is garbage
So the hat is split between physical and magic. With the best value being the lone physical stat.
Probably great for a inquisitor (maybe?) but most other classes are going to pretend half this hat dose not exist.

One of my best attack headgears are goggles, great to level alts but property damage falls off a lot later on.
Afaik HP + Phys/Magic damage are more valueable end-game.
