Does TOS have something like an "appdata" folder? Please help. :(

I’ve already submitted a ticket for this but I think it will be faster to ask other players here.

After selecting a server and the character, the loading screen will appear and when it reaches 95%, I always get the “The client has shutdown due to an error.” message. I have two other Steam accounts and they work fine, no problems. I also tried to login the bugged account into my brother’s PC and it worked fine.

Therefore, the issue is somewhere on my bugged Steam account and on my computer so I am thinking I just need to reset or delete a file saved by my bugged Steam account on my PC for it to work again. Something like an appdata folder. Does anyone know something like that? Please help before I reformat my PC… :frowning:

The issue also started after my PC got a blue screen error while I was doing a quest on my alt char.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve done:

  1. Restarted my computer and router multiple times.
  2. Verified game cache integrity multiple times.
  3. Tried different channels.
  4. My 2 other steam accounts work fine.
  5. Created a new character, same issue.
  6. I can login my bugged steam account on my brother’s PC.
  7. Using my brother’s PC, I warped to a different location and then tried to login on my PC on different channels, same issue.

Meh solved it. Just copied almost all TOS files from my bro’s PC.

Same issue. Happened twice already. Have to delete all files and reinstall the game to fix it.
Faster way is fix it is to delete all the files that changed on the day crashed then validate files on steam.

Please solve the issue.
