In the skill, all it says is “Creates a curtain of ice for defense” along with the other info.
Does it actually increase your defense at all? I see no difference when I cast it, and I don’t want to waste a bunch of skill levels increasing it even more if it’s useless (I’ve leveled it up to lvl 3)
I see other posts saying that it freezes enemies/does damage only when you successfully block an attack, although I have no shield to block with since I’m a wizard, like what?
I also heard that the skill itself has it’s own block rate but I’ve never seen an enemy take damage nor get frozen when I have the shield cast, and I’ve had it since near the beginning (I’m level 67 now)
Does someone actually know what this skill does? The description for it seems awfully misleading. I literally see no difference when I cast it and it seems incredibly useless ever since I first got it, lol.
