How does SP recovery work? Does it cover a specific amount or a percentage? I’m asking because if it’s based on percentage then increasing my SP pool should increase SP recovery as well.
You have a stat called “SP Recovery”
If you increase your SPR it also increases this stat.
Otherwise you can get more SP Recovery by equipment.
How Regen works:
Regen happens at set intervals while walking, To my knowledge SP does not recover during Combat.
If you sit down, your regen time is decreased significantly (regen more often).
If you sit down near a campfire, you get a secondary regen table to add extra regen ontop of your base regen.

It’s recover at fix amount. Look in your SP Recovery stat.
Sit make it recover faster. Not sure about bonfire though.

Short answer to your question: No. It doesn’t scale with Mana. Add SPR.

You have a specific stat called sp recovery, take a wild guess if it’s percentage based. You get two guesses.
