Anyone has experimented w/ ^ title?
I’m torn between
Wiz3 Cryo3 Kino1 RC
&
Wiz3 Cryo2 Link1 Kino1 RC (most probably will be taking cryo3 on rank9 if the next new ranks has very little synergy w/ my previous ranks)
Any suggestion?
It does work, but since it takes 3 seconds to cast rune of destruction, you won’t be able to cast it before hangman knot wears out.
Works best with falconer circling.
