Does restrain works on cyclone and the rest of the skills?

i migtht have to reroll a new main though since i took sw1 pelt 1 high3 and dopel 2

restrain works on anything that is physical, restrain even works on poison and bleed. (not kidding, it procs serpentine’s bleed and probably will proc crosscut’s bleed)
yes it works on cyclone too, just like rush.

dont forget that restrain procs even your attack is dodged
