Does Restoration trigger the OOB buff?

As many are aware, buff skills like Zalciai and Cure provide a hidden “buff” to your Astral Body damage when you are using OOB.

Does the Paladin skill Restoration provide this buff? This may be the most efficient way to use OOB if it does:

Anyone know for sure? Hard to tell from this video alone.

Seems to work, but can’t be entirely sure without seeing his/her base dmg without resto.

Druid’s chortasmata also works though, which is also incredibly easy.

Yes it always has. but sadhu + pally is a hard mix due to them starting in the same ranks.
