Some people have been saying this but others say it doesn’t work. If it does, I might get it until lv 4.
It prevents stagger from getting hit by attacks such as basic attacks, not knockback like Bash, Wagon Wheel, or Earthquake.
Regardless of damage dealt, like what some players argue without any proof.

It does prevent weak knock backs ie. Blue Nuo’s normal attack which can displace you - this can be prevented by reflect shield too.
I like to call those pushback. The same kind as energy bolt.
Any idea if Surespell does the same too?
Surespell only prevents your spells getting interrupted by staggers. You still get interrupted by knockbacks.
Does Sorc/Wl have any skill that prevents knockbacks?
I am not sure about Sorcerer, however, Cryomancer’s Subzero Shield does NOT prevent knock back or knock down like Reflect Shield does.
There exists no skill in the entire Wizard tree, or the entire game that can prevent knockback.
Temple Shooter himself doesn’t take any sort of CC and while on top of it you resist some ground based CC.
Reflect Shield has prevented some knockback for me at lower levels but doesn’s seem to do remain useful at late-game PvE. Still useful for PvP where not all hits are that hard.
It will be useful someday when you fight blue nuos.
