Does mounting 'heals' your HP?

If i have, let’s say

5000/5000 HP before mounting

Then while mounting, my HP is

5000/6500 HP

Then i use pot, so it’s now

6500/6500 HP

Then i unmount, so it’s now

5000/5000 HP

Then i mount again, will my HP be 5000/6500 or 6500/6500?
