I dont know a lot about RTM but, what does stop gold buyers to listing their dilgele into the market and gold sellers from buying it at real time?
I mean, yeah we cant report every RTM item in market, but if they do it at real time, we cant do nothing, can we?

They should just put price limit on cheap stuff like those.
Items should be listed in market at the instant but not able to sell for uhm… 6 hours so players have a decent time to notice and report them
And time restriction to retrive silver from market should be removed, since Im sure IMC isnt donig research for any market transaction

Finally a feasible solution to RMT.
Short answer, No.
RMT ask you for a screenshot of the item(s) and the time, so they code a bot to buy that item(s) at the range of time when it is going to be up on the market. So lets say, the bot is checking the market every 10 min after the 30 min that you put the items on the market, and to make the system that IMC implemented here works, players have to find and report that item before the bot buy it.
IMC is just trolling their players by telling us that “They are doing something”. Just remember, they implemented the 2 days waiting silver from the market because a GM/algorithm was supposed to analyze all the transactions and take a proper action in case. But you have to know that:
A) There are no GMs.
B) There are no algorithm.
You can realize that because people who buy silver is not being punished.

RMT is a disease that has affected every single MMO available, and will infect the new ones to come.
There’s no way to stop it while the players still buy their service.

If the community was attempting to improve the game, yes itd help (not completely remove RMT). But no it wont do anything cause the community will abuse it, rather than attempt to use it as it is intended.
If you really think that it could work, even without the abuse of the community, then let me tell you that you dont know anything about RMT, bots, IMC or the game itself.
