Does Hoplite's Pierce bleeding atribute proc often?

Hey, i use a Prison cutter/Rajapearl build, and i was wondering if Hoplite’s Pierce and its atribute give a good proc of bleeding like Crosscut from Highlander. Has anyone tested this?
