Does cleric/diev/druid spells proc +elemental dmg from gear/weapons

I was wondering if that works and if I should then farm the silver for an arde dagger or should I just use the lvl120 dagger for more carve attack dmg?

For partying and maybe even solo if needed and daggers end up being useless, im trying to craft a beetleback shield.

Also what mace at lvl100-130 range (if there is one) would be a good mace to invest into for a long time for this class?

ANY and EVERY hit you do be it skill or auto attack or added hit procs your +elemental damage from gear/weapons/buffs.
