I put my Rank Reset item on the wrong character and have be unable to contact support. any idea if theres a way to move it to another character?
There is no way to move it. All you need to do is let it go. They state it clearly that it is not transferable once you retrieve it. And I doubt the support will say the same thing.
well that sucks. I dont understand why it cant be moved… its not like theres any advantage besides convenience. not like i can cause any trouble moving it.
Its because temporary items cannot be moved, its probably a coding issue. I’m fairly certain there’s never been a time items that expire are transferable via any method.
