I was wondering this does the AMP% get scaled if you have high CON or can it only work with items saying +HP Recovery x ?

Hi, i was wondering too. Someone else mentioned the Animus MAmp doesnt seem to work with Bonus Attribute from Headgears.
According to the Items description it “Reduces basic HP recovery to 0” which i believe to be the HP Recovery you gain from CON (level * 0.5 + CON)
Since Magic Amplification description does not mention ‘Basic’ Hp Recovery but plain ‘HP Recovery’, imo it means total Hp-Recovery. That would include Bonus Attributes from Items.
the desciption could be flawed, the item could be bugged… 
Anyone out there who can tell us how it works?
