Block Rate is currently switched off in the code. It literally does nothing at all.
Even if it were switched on, 1 blockrate = 8block.
It is not a stat that has much value currently, and even then it’s not actually switched on so it does 100% nothing currently. The code literally says “If blockrate greater than one then set blockrate to one”.
Don’t listen to anyone that says otherwise, they’re imagining it in-game.
