Bump. Am I mistaken or do some quests even give you like three stat points? I’m sure I looked at one point and I had three more points even though I didn’t level once.
There are some quests that give an item ( +1 stat point)
Every time you find a revelation you get additional 3 stat points. That is one of the reasons why Klaipeda route is better than Orsha one for leveling.
There are also hidden quests that award stats as rewards. Link below contains some info on several of them.
