how is this working? do melee miss alot vs primary dex builds? can skills be dodged or just basic attacks?
Dodge works against everything besides Magic.
Meaning, Skills and basic attacks.
So yeah for Pure Str/Con builds without any dex its nigh impossible to hit a full dex char. While a mage or a Cleric class has a fieldday against full dex builds
