Even when you have tenet church f1 only for you, it will take 8 hours or so to drop a battle bracelet.
Why? because its a 470-500 dpk item.
The max galoks you can kill per hour ( without bots, or someone else stealing you ) is around 60-65 ( playing as a oracle )

Perhaps you are forgetting that DPK (though it makes more semantical sense to call it KPD since you can’t get 0.1 of an item per kill) and a PRNG based probability drop system produces the same expected drop count over a long period of time. even if you have tenet all to yourself, on average you are expected to still kill about 470~500 galoks before you get the item. Also remember that just as there is a chance you can get away with killing less, there is just as much a chance you may need to kill more.
TLDR: Be careful of what you are wishing for. Deterministic drops systems vs random drop systems can’t offset the root of the problem, which is contention from bots. Even if a rng is fair, it won’t solve your problem if you don’t get to roll the dice.

Except if it was just a % then you could farm for 12 hours and not get one… not like you know how many kills to go unless you saw one drop anyway. In that case youd switch channels and not know there either.

the shitty thing here is theres a number of ways to get drops faster.
Got 3 bracelets in 2 days (farmed 8 hours casually each day while working OT, benefit of working from home).
take a look at some of the support roles the game offers (thaum/oracle/chrono). Use those skills to your advantage, and make it rain.

You missed one 2x drop? If youre using thaum and swell body is in CD try to buy clairvoyance in the auction and wait swell body’s CD.

yea i know, i make sissles out of them. my source of income (not my first 3 drops). Its hard sometimes with other players stealing kills, i get too nervous waiting for CD’s if someone comes into my screen i snipe it down no matter what.
Totally casually, it means im doing my work while every few mins look at my other monitor do a quick 30 second speed run of floor and kill what i see over an 8 hour period. More like an hour max of actual play time.
People seem to forget that probabilty based drop rating can be much worse.
An item with 10% drop chance can drop in 10 or 1000 monsters, that’s totally up to luck.
Dpk is actually a way to reward work and keep a regular supply of items in market. Rare items will always be rare, common items will always be common. It’s actually a pretty smart move

Why ?
You will still need roughly 470-500 kill to get the item. Could be more if you’re unlucky, could be less if you are lucky.
RNG doesn’t magigally make the BB farm saner…
