I believe (I wish I would be wrong) that it would cost them a lot if they put a SEA server. We need a “SEA Publisher” to make this happened.

just heads-up. its easy for them to make a latin american server because the server is already located in the usa. much like the “Oceanic Server” in wow if you get what I mean.
