Do you guys do 5v5 TBL or 2v2 TBL?

Which one do you find better?

I’ve been doing 5vs5 TBL since the beginning, haven’t tried 2v2 TBL becuz I feel like in order to practicipate in 2v2 you need to be like close to max level with good equips. But I feel like I’m getting to the point where I can hold my own in 2v2 (haven’t tried, unsure). What do you guys think?

My best rank in TBL so far is #11x at the end of the week. There’s definately a lot of luck involved, but I feel like the ranking is a pretty accurate assessment of where I stand.

Before transcendance system, I can hit top 10 on 2v2 and top 50 on 5v5. After transcendance system, my rank fell pretty bad, my combos aren’t hurting targets even though they land.

In 5v5, so many ■■■■ going. Most matches are decided by ausrines/r7xs/revives. Party matching is absurd, sometimes other party have 3 supports while opposing party has none. Can be total lag fest.

imo, 2v2 is more fun. Less lag and matches are clearer, you can realistically fight against ausrine, r7x by delaying which is harder to do in 5v5.

Ya transcendence system creates a big power divide. I am fortunate in that serpentine into dethrone hits like a truck even with crappy gear but my rush is too weak for me to carry matches.

sadly 5v5 is dead on server fedimian. also rank8 fked up the balance in tree of clerics quite a bit :wink:

Yes, inquisitor + diev3 + kabbal + oracle or miko are tough to fight against but good to have on your side. Which is why i said a lot of it is luck.
