Do some spells not scale with INT?

Well, I have a wizard lvl 2 and I use earthquake and energy bolt. Someone here on the forum said, that it is better to use energy bolt at lvl 1 then lvl 10+, since it scales good with int. Now I did a skill reset and my energy bolt is quite useless. It does nearly no damage at all. At least not much more then my auto hits. I also think that earthquake doesnt scale or at least doesnt scale good with INT.

If I look at the skill description, it also never mentions any scaling with int…

So, just to clarify.

All offensive magic skill scales with magic attack, so level, gear, INT count for this.

Then some skills scale with INT (for example, Squire’s maintenance have more hit counts based on INT)

They are two different thing, although some attack skill do have both (Cleric’s Cure for example), at least I don’t see such information listed for Energy Bolt.

Yeah I think it’s a problem that skills dont tell you IF they scale with int and HOW they scale with int.

Generally if it does scales with int, the skill damage in the window should go up when you get more int.

At least with Squire’s weapon maint, the amount of hits it has change when I remove gear with +Int on it.
