Ok so this is my third time buying TP. So I know how it goes down. I’m in NA Orsha server and I just bought a bundle and then I went in game and clicked the big TP icon beside the map and clicked the use button then enable. The TP bundle disappeared like it’s supposed to but the TP didn’t get added to my TP wallet, bank, stash whatever you call it. Just poof. Disappeared. I’ve sent in tickets to Steam but no reply so BEWARE. There seems to be a TP bundle bug.

This is my 3rd time purchasing tp and this is the first time I didn’t get my tp. It’s been over an hour now. Still no tp. I think there is a problem here. Guyz don’t buy tp right now. It’s bugged.
After more than 2 hours still nothing. Guys do NOT buy TP today.
Ok so it’s been 3 hours now and no reply from ticket and still no TP. IMC I understand programming isn’t easy and that bugs can happen during game play. I don’t mind that. But you guys made this game and running this game so you can make monetary profit. If there is one area where you should never have bug is the TP department. I mean come on now. At least reply to my problem whether via this forum or the ticket I sent like 3 hours ago. I mean seriously… come on… don’t you guys wanna make money??

I’ve looked into the system logs and it seems as if the servers were a bit slow in getting the TP to you. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced.

It’s been fixed thanks. 
He’s not the only one who is having these issues. I have sent support tickets, didn’t recieve my TP Bundle also and I’ve been waiting more than 48hours. I play in Silute.
I received my TP Bundle right away. The problem is when I went in game and clicked use --> enable. The bundle disappeared like it’s supposed to but it took over 3 hours for my TP count to go up. So there was a huge lag between using the bundle and the TP getting added to my character.
I’m getting disconected everytime I try to use it. And when I’m back, the TP is exactly the same way it was.
