Do not buy the new Leticia Cube

I just came back after a year and seriously am happy with several improvements. Not to mention how easy it is to level compared with the initial release. Drops rates have also improved since I barely see bots all the time and most low leveled maps are deserted.
On to the topic, Ive read a ton of these and seriously, just quit the game if you are unsatisfied.
I have no idea what is there to P2W? What the heck are you even losing? Your electricity? Your time? If you think the measly pvp and duels is worth saying P2W, then I have no idea how petty people are. Or maybe its the idea of getting number 1 in each run? Why? I mean, seriously…you all get the cube which could contain all crap even if you are in first place.
No free game would survive and cater to non spenders if there aren’t people supporting the game. Get real if you think boycotting an item will improve the game. Giving them suggestions with statistics and clear cut examples from other game models without sounding bitter would have made this post believable. Currently though, even with the title, it just looks like another whining post. You might as well have said, everyone-stop playing the game-

It’s probably not enough, but we should continue to do so.

All evidence suggests that there is no content portion of their arrangement. The GM’s have said it before, and we’re not currently seeing any major differences in content.

Haha yeah, I said “almost.” It shows us there are differences in releases, not that it makes bad monetisation any better.

Most likely not, but Nexon’s investment was primarily for TOS Mobile that they’re helping to develop. Nexon also isn’t the only big investor, there’s also Hanbit which by extension means Nexon’s supremacy has another challenger.

It has me concerned as well. If the Leticia Cube becomes a permanent implementation, I don’t see it as the “death” of TOS, only a majorly damaging feature. Other aspects of TOS’s development are looking good with faster content releases, and more communication, plus some other stuff on the way on the community side and more. I have very mixed feelings. My primary concern isn’t TOS being bad, it’s TOS staying average.

IMC and TOS are doing very well financially, even before the cubes, that’s in part what frustrates me about them so much. They are very unnecessary, especially since IMC still has so many other options to raise revenue that should have been implemented first.

This post is complaining about the Leticia Cube not having shards in it and all the people that usually complain about p2w are hitting Like on the post.

With that action you’re telling IMC that you want them to add something to the cube that would be even more p2w.

Things may change tho, but it generally happens to regional customs, like some sort of festival or important date.

Oh right, I forgot those guys, but one thing that scares me is that I never saw any news about their position in relation to ToS development, or I might have missed any.

There’s not much exact information on their hand in development, but we can speculate a bit. Hanbit published Granado, and had been an initial investor in IMC. Both of the Kim’s were also working at Hanbit in some capacity. Hanbit has sold off portions of their stock before, and have recently sold off more a few months ago. I’m not sure what their direct involvement is, but even now they are still invested.

Yup, will wait for a better Leticia cube edition.
More p2w content plz.

Everyone knows you play with your wallet, no need to brag about here.

Yeah, sure I am. I guess that’s why I don’t have a single trans item.

For real, what is this answer?

Drops are the main complain on forums, since it’s not only difiicult, but buggy as hell. The bots only moved their locations, if you want to see some, i can point some maps for you to visit.[quote=“cronus_girl, post:22, topic:364886”]

Wait, what? When did i say about P2W on my post? Nothing on this answer to me makes ANY sense.[quote=“cronus_girl, post:22, topic:364886”]

OMG, that’s the worst thing i’ve heard on this forums.
“Please, buy the gacha! My reason? IMC needs money!”

This post is complaining about the difference about IToS and KToS treatment.

I’ve pointed two reasons, my friend. Please, read the second one.

I know. I can read. You complained about the cube not including a p2w item. You don’t need to explain my response to me.

I don’t care about your second complaint, so I did not respond to it. Why would I respond to something I don’t care about?

There is unstoppable whine about p2w. But can anyone explain me - WIN AT WHAT?

There is no GvG now.
PvP (TBL) gives nothing but rank and statue in Fedimian (50 pts a day you can get with a naked char)|
ET can be cleared with any common gear.

So at what aspect of the game ppl, who buy Leticia cubes or spend real money in ToS by any other way, are more competitive than ppl who don’t?

In Ragnarok p2w content had crucial influence on the game. Cause RMT guilds could dominate on the WoE arena -> get access to Godlike items -> control the most important MvP in the game -> control market prices on the best items. But what advantages RMT gives you in ToS? Somebody, answer please. I’m ready to argue on this topic.

Cause i’m saying there,

Now, if you only disagree with the first reason, no harm done. It’s a debate, after all.

These threads popped up with the last cube. People still bought tons of them. This one has even more ■■■■ in it. You’re not going to stop anyone from buying it, and in turn IMC will be encouraged to create more and more pay2win cubes. The next one will just straight up have a .5% chance to drop an orange 315 weapon, probably.

If anything, the “win” you get from paying for these cubes is kinda pathetic, especially compared to the KToS version. You can get the equivalent for the vast majority of the junk in these cubes with just a teeny bit (not even a LOT compared to most P2W MMOs I’ve seen) of gameplay, with the exception of the anvils (which is what the really hard core whales are probably buying the cubes for, I suppose. Spent anvils will likely become a sunk cost to the whales once R9 and increased level cap and equipment finally come out, though)

Already made a post with the math on how much money you need to spend to get a 315 2 practo weapon out of token sells. (Because frankly, you probably make more money with tokens than buying gacha cubes)

and it turns out to be around 2200$.

Also, gotta get those #1 in dungeon runs! Might have an impact on world boss later on though. But people who can contest those world boss are already stupidly geared and new cubes don’t change a thing about it.

Too late my friend. This type of topic is currently useless. Everyone that have a credit card, already bought it and will continue to buy it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Also, wait until they release the one with the Artisan Recipe (and they will release it). People will buy millions of it.

I’m still waiting for explanation of what you can win in ToS by paying $.

e-peen obviously //20dollars

stop being retarded
in pay2win the “win” refers to getting an advantage over nonpayers
There’s nothing to win in this game anyways, but its still pay2win
