If i got what you meant right, your question is if the first version of the game will be updated through the patcher or you have to redownload it from steam? Either option will be automaticaly, if IMC update the files on steam repository, Steam client will automaticaly update the files on your end, if it will be through patch, when you open the game the patcher will do it right away.
I dont know if he is talking about the game right now since the patch server is offline now too so we cant get to the login screen, or i wonder if he is talking about the Korean version and he is asking if he can use that one to connect to the Int version using the Korean one.
