Do i have to be with in 10 level of the map before i can start the quest?

I’m level 70 and I’m in a level 81 map and I can’t start the quest. so just wondering is there any level req to do quest

Nope, just need to be in level of quest not map. (in 10 lv? not sure.)

the problem I have right now, I’m at royal mausoleum 1F but I can’t do any of the quest for some reason. I was thinking I was too low level cause I’m lvl 70 and the map is 81
