I have read arround they are “bugged” atm so no matter how much time i can wait for a flower to spawn (appraiser or shinobi quest)… they will never spawn.
is it true? do anyone get an hidden precondition quest during those days?
Yes flower quests are bugged at the moment.

mmm most likely since advacement quest are disabled, some of the quest chain that activate the hidden quest for hidden classes got also disable and then the items or objective required for the advacement cant be done. i guess IMC didnt saw that coming.
