Do gems cause items to be untradeable?

I started leveling a blue gem on my archer and decided I wanted to put it on my cleric instead. Does psocketing/gemming cause items to be untradeable? If so, is there ANY way for me to transfer the gem over?

Yes, Gem is untradeable. I don’t know if they gonna change it in future or not

Socket gear with gem can still trade. It’s only way to trade gem since you can remove gem out at NPC.
However star on gem will decrease by 1 each time you remove it.

Aw shucks! Off-topic for this forum but do LVL16-39 equipment not exist? I find my damage to be a little weak at the moment at LVL34.

Equipment require lv are : 1, 15, 40, 75, 120, 175

Well that’s annoying…

Each level have many kind of gear though. Some will be stronger damage than other. Doesn’t need to always be a rare rarity.

If feel that damage too low. Try upgrade it to +5 it might help at bit.

My bow 85ATT and 80% of my stats go to STR.

there are requirement level to equip a piece of equipment and their relative level in terms of power, when compared to a value set as a benchmark for that reqlvl
for instance, you could go to the following link and see that theres Item level and Req level, compare two items of the same Req Level range and see which one is superior to the other, based on attack power alone.
