Do Druids benefit after shapeshift from priest buffs?

After shapeshifting, do druids benefit from priest buffs such as sacrament and blessing? Also, are they able to cast while shapeshifted?

just in case anyone was wondering: you can't proc sacrament, last rites nor aspergillium while transformed via transform/shapeshift from druid class you can't basic attack while transformed, only use the spells you get... i could record a video if anyone really wants it, but i'm not playing kToS anymore, so i won't be recording more videos on my own before iToS

You get monster skills when you transfrom and you can only use those (so no you can’t cast anything else… )

Blessing is maybe still added to those skills and a little portion of Sacrament but no additional hit with Sacrament because you don’t have auto attack.
