In general, no. The only customization you have available to you are Hats and Armbands. A couple class costumes have them (Warlock and Dragoon), but unless you role that class, you won’t have access to that costume.

Templar / Barbarian to name 2 get capes. Barbarians looks more like fur. Templars more like a real cape.

Also Onmyoji (or is this one called Lunchador? class isn’t out yet) will have a cape. I’m sure there’s more and I’m sure the cash shop will have costumes that have cute capes on them.
Only weirdos need capes like superman lol
