Do Bot report really works?

Hi, I have reported all the bots repeatedly and they still there in all channels you can see up to 8 people all day, im on vacation so I am trying to farm here and it is really hard to obtain a hard to get item with this kind of bots, you should improve a better anticheat system than breaking the market for all of us.

Just after i posted this, i saw a GM that told me he was there because of the bots, however he did nothing, the bots where around him and they are still there, im not sure how it works but is not working.
