Hi i’ve just bought a DLC product on the 4th June 2016 not knowing that the product is no longer usable. So how should i proceed with this?

try the steam refound, if its not possible, send a ticket to IMC
Another person said they managed to get their items redeemed by sending in a support ticket, the items were then delivered to their account. I’d recommend you try doing the same.
