DLC product Bug

Dear Msr, I’d paid with a credit card visa of the pack vetrran’s for sa servers. The steam concluded the payment and it was on the library, but it wasn’t ib the game. I didn’t received any additional pack in my count. Can you take the right providence to solve this problem, please? Thank you

They have ‘removed’ those DLC packs from the steam and the game.
You should open a ticket and notify them.
